Downtown Recovery Plan Amendments

Amendments to the Downtown Recovery Plan (now known as the Downtown Plan) and the related ordinance were approved by the City Council on November 14 and 28, 2017.  The adopted plan will need to be certified by the California Coastal Commission before it can be used for areas within the coastal zone. Certification is expected in spring or summer of 2018.
